Initially known by the name Ambition In Music, Annexus Quam was an experimental psychedelic group that emerged from the German `cosmic rock` scene during the late 60`s to record a pair of albums that ranged from progressive jazz and fusion to free improvisation.
The amazing second album from Annexus Quam – a record that`s almost as much of a jazz session as it is a Krautrock classic – given that the record is full of really long tunes that spin out plenty of solos, some of which almost verge on free improvisation in their approach!
